Shortlist announced for the Global Light Rail Awards 2025

The shortlist for the Global Light Rail Awards 2025 has been announced, recognising innovation, dedication and the many achievements driving the sector forward.

Each year, the awards provide a true mark of excellence for authorities, operators and suppliers, celebrating groundbreaking projects, outstanding teams and individuals who are shaping the future of light and urban rail.

UKTram is once again proud to sponsor the event, which has become an annual highlight for the industry. This year, we are sponsoring two key categories, the Rising Star Award and the UK Operator of the Year Award, reflecting our commitment to recognising and supporting both future talent and operational excellence.
