Supertram is inviting applications for two new roles as it continues to invest in both its people and the long-term future of the South Yorkshire network.
The operator is recruiting for a part-time HR Advisor and a Level 1 Rolling Stock Maintenance Technician, with both positions based at Nunnery Depot in Sheffield and applications closing on 25 June.
The HR Advisor role will support managers and colleagues across the organisation, providing guidance on employee relations, recruitment, training and development, while helping deliver a proactive and customer-focused HR service. The flexible, permanent position offers hybrid working arrangements and forms part of the operator's wider commitment to supporting and developing its workforce.
Meanwhile, the Level 1 Rolling Stock Maintenance Technician role offers candidates with mechanical or electrical experience an opportunity to advance their careers in light rail engineering. Suitable for those with backgrounds in automotive, heavy vehicle, plant or fleet maintenance, the successful applicant will help maintain and repair Supertram's rolling stock, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable and ready for service.
The vacancies come as Supertram continues to invest in its network and workforce following its return to public ownership, with ongoing improvements designed to enhance services and support the future of light rail across South Yorkshire.
