Supertram is recruiting a Network Manager to join its Operations Control Centre, supporting the delivery of safe, reliable and customer-focused services across the network. The permanent role is based in Sheffield and offers an opportunity to play a key part in day-to-day operations.

The position will focus on managing real-time performance, leading responses to incidents and ensuring compliance with safety standards, working closely with colleagues and external partners. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining network performance while supporting improvements to the customer experience.

The role comes at a time of continued investment in Supertram’s infrastructure, technology and operations, with the Network Manager helping to shape future ways of working and support ongoing development across the system.
