UKTram to host "Trade and trams: delivering light rail together" online session in March

On Tuesday 31st March, UKTram will bring together members of the Light Rail Engineering Group (LREG) and the supply trade for an online Trade & Trams session focused on shared learning, engineering insight and practical experience from across the light rail sector.

On Tuesday 31st March, UKTram will bring together members of the Light Rail Engineering Group (LREG) and the supply trade for an online Trade and Trams session focused on shared learning, engineering insight and practical experience from across the light rail sector.


The session will run from 12:00 - 16:00 and will open with a Best Practice to presented by UKTram’s Lead Engineer, Phill Terry, to help frame the discussion and set the context for the afternoon.


Ten presentation slots will be available to UKTram supply trade members, with each session lasting up to 20 minutes. Presenters are invited to explore a topic of their choice, provided it is relevant to light rail engineering, operations or delivery.


This could include experience, innovation, new approaches, products, services or lessons learned from recent projects.


The event is open to LREG participants and reflects UKTram’s ongoing commitment to supporting structured knowledge-sharing and collaboration across the sector. Presentation slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
